BROOKLYN decaf capsule Our colombian decaf is specially sourced and cupperd, before it is sent for a custom decaffeination process batch. Decaf de caña is a process that presserves flavour whileremovinf almos 99.99% of caffeine from the bean. Using a solvent called ethyl acetate, derived from the sugar cane. It developes a characteristic smell (sweet bread) and high sweetness in the cup.
